Rolwaling Region Trekking includes the Rolwaling Himal (6273m), Rolwaling valley. Rolwaling Himal is the section of the Himalaya lying on the east central region of Nepal bordering the Tibet. Rolwaling signifies “the grave” as the valley is a mysterious and lonely land buried between steep ice giants. It is believed that this region is  home of the “Yeti”. The imaginary creatures that persist in various stories told by the Sherpa people. The wildness, complex geography, amazing mountain scenery as well as the traditional social features of this area has made this land really a wonderful place to explore. Rolwaling trekking starts from the Charikot to the Beding- the largest town in the Rolwaling valley. This trekking route was first explored by the Eric Shipton in 1951. It is the trekking in the high mountain, valleys, west of Khumbu region. The Rolwaling trekking is recognized as strenuous, fine camping style trekking. Tashi Lapcha (5755m) is the highlight area of this trekking region. Trekkers may spend a few days in the Rolwaling area ascending to the Na Yak Pastures at 4700m. Here trekkers are greeted by a spectacular panorama of the Mt. Gaurishankar and Menlungtse peak.
Above Na village the route meanders up to the high lake Cho Rolpa and up to the lateral moraines of the Rolwaling glacier walking below the Rolwaling Icefall (5181m). The Rolwaling trekking features the Sagarmatha National Park, Tso Rolpa Lake, Trakarding glacier, Drolambu glacier, Khumjungng, Namche Bazaar and also a splendid view of the Gaurisankar, Melungtse, Rolwaling Himal and many more.

Day 04: Barabise to Kabre (1605 m.)
Day 05: Kabre to Dolangsa
Day 06: Dolangsa to Bigu Gompa (2310 m.)
Day 07: Bigu Gompa to Chilangka (1923 m.)
Day 08: Chilangka to Dulong (1890 m.)
Day 09: Dulong to Shalu (1500 m.)
Day 10: Shalu to Simi gaon (2000 m.)
Day 11: Simi gaun to Forest camp (2800 m.)
Day 12: Forest camp to Beding (3694 m.)
Day 13: Rest at Beding
Day 14: Beding to Na (4100 m.)
Day 15: Explore around Na
Day 16: Na to Forest camp
Day 17: Forest camp to Chet chet (1500 m.)
Day 18: Chet chet to Chetre (1000 m.)
Day 19: Chetre to Dolakha (950 m.)
Day 20: Dolakha to Charikot (2000 m.)
Day 21: Charikot to Kathmandu by bus.
