The trail to the Everest follows the trail made by Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa who conquer Everest for the first time. The trail of the Everest trekking passes venturing through the Sherpa villages of Pangboche, Lobuche, Tengboche, the highest Buddhist monastery approximately at 3880m, breathtaking view of the Taweche, Ama Dablam, Cholatse, Island peak Thamserku etc . Everest base camp and Kalapatthar are highlights of Everest trekking. The proper season to go for the Everest base camp trekking is in the pleasant month of September to December or the coolest month of the February to late June. The trek to the Everest begins after the flight from Kathmandu to Lukla.
